Kyiv Perenniale: Connected Tour
The Kyiv Perennial interprets the idea of the biennial as a collective, long-term endeavor against the backdrop of political, social and cultural survival: “Perennial” means “perennial”, “enduring” or “persistent”. Through artistic and discursive practices, the Kyiv Perennial deals with the complex realities of war. The contributions address the social and political polarization in European societies, current decolonial tendencies in the culture and politics of Eastern Europe as well as war traumas, flight and expulsion.
