Prompt Picnic

Content Note: The content of the event is not stressful or triggering. However, as the aim is to get people talking to each other, personal topics may occasionally be discussed. We offer a listening ear and mental support if needed, but we do not have a special awareness team as we do not expect the content to be triggering.
Allmende Kontor invites you to a prompt picnic.
On the Neukölln side of Tempelhofer Feld, there is a community garden with many raised beds, plots and quiet corners. Here, many gardeners not only tend to their own beds, but also work together to create an open space that anyone who stops by can use. The picnic takes place on the so-called village square near the white tarpaulin.
The prompt picnic invites you to strike up conversations with others. Various prompts are hidden in the garden to stimulate conversations, sketches or food for thought. In this atmosphere, we want to share ideas and enjoy the season together. We are writing a new story on the picnic blanket.
Feel free to bring a little something to eat or drink. Everyone who is interested in gardening, communal spaces or simply meeting new people is welcome. We look forward to seeing you there!
Allmende Kontor e.V.
Since April 2011, Tempelhofer Feld has been home to a green paradise for anyone interested in gardening, socialising and nature. What began as a small project with ten raised beds and around 20 gardeners is now a lively place with over 250 raised beds and more than 500 fellow gardeners. The garden is an open space for everyone: here, people garden, chat and picnic together. In June 2014, the garden was officially recognised as an association: the ‘Gemeinschaftsgarten Allmende-Kontor e.V.’ (Allmende-Kontor Community Garden Association).
