Exhibition „Gestern, heute, für immer: Parkcafé Rehberge“

The association Parkcafé Rehberge e.V. invites you to the opening of our exhibition ‘Yesterday, today, forever: Parkcafé Rehberge’ on 6 June from 5 pm.

Using historical images and eyewitness accounts, we will look back on the almost 100-year history of Volkspark Rehberge and the park café – and together we will take a look into the future.

In 2021, we came together as an initiative to fill the empty building on Catcherwiese with new life.

We have been registered as Parkcafé Rehberge e.V. since 2022. We have already been able to reach many people with our numerous events on the café terrace. In addition, the renovation and conversion plans have now taken shape. They will also be part of the exhibition.

In this context, we would like to present our goals for a social café with a cultural offering, which – in the spirit of the old park café – is to become a neighbourhood meeting place again.
