The Falsche Fisch (Fake Fish) is an urban laboratory of S27 - Art and Education. It functions as a research submarine and spaceship - with a new track on urban redevelopment and resource transfer for community spaces.
From the veranda the view sweeps over the steppe. There, an artificial canyon is being created, a deep aisle for a new motorway. At Falscher Fisch, we open more modest construction sites, which at the same time reach deeper and let visionary moments of urban creation flash up. People from all over the world meet here for workshops and building actions, take over the place and repeatedly invite others to experimental spatial representations and events in the enchanted ambience of the ballroom, workshop and beer garden.
The former fish restaurant Marin is provided to S27 by Estrel Berlin and the neighboring scrap heap of the A100 construction site supplies us with amazing building components; at Falscher Fisch, bridges are created in all possible directions. Social fish glue between the Neukölln canal area and the Weiße Siedlung.
