Fuß in der Tür – The podcast for urban practitioners

Kategorie:

Fuß in der Tür is the podcast of Urbane Praxis e.V. We talk to urban changemakers from the fields of art, culture, urban development, environment, education, and politics – people who understand the city as a common good, create open spaces, and experiment with new forms of living together. In each episode, we explore with different guests how a just, open, and democratic city can be shaped – and how to get “a foot in the door”.

In previous seasons of Fuß in der Tür, we have looked at Urban Practice from different angles: introducing the sites and projects of the initiative in Berlin, discussing central terms of Urban Practice, and learning from current strategies for building a climate- and socially just city.

In the upcoming 6th season, the podcast will focus on Urban Practice as a tool for strengthening democracy. We will talk to people whose work makes conflicts visible, initiates socio-political negotiation processes, and creates productive spaces of contention in order to build transformative moments of trust.
