This working aid on the "Restoration of natural soil functions after of unsealing" is part of the "Unsealing potential in Berlin" project.

This project was developed with the aim of being able to more comprehensively consider and protect soil as a resource in the area of conflict between construction and planning processes and sustainable urban development.

A portfolio of areas is offered which are actually available for soil protection compensation after sealing as part of construction measures as part of compensation and replacement measures in accordance with BauGB and BNatSchG.
