AKTION: Gebäudekomplexes “Pyramide” am Berliner Hafenplatz

The owner is planning to demolish this landmark building, which offers 363 student apartments and 55 “normal” apartments. The Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district authority is currently working on a framework plan that will be decisive for the preservation of the building.

In this situation, we want to set an example for the preservation of the building. We have therefore drafted an appeal in which we campaign for the preservation of the building, the detailed text can be found in the attachment. We see an opportunity to develop this building into a model project for the building turnaround.
