Berlin Mondiale meets Heschek Beschek

We cordially invite you to be part of the upcoming event Berlin Mondiale meets Heschek Beschek at the neighborhood campus Dammweg on September 10, 2023 (4 to 6 p.m.) as part of the PRAXISWOCHE!

Accessibility

The event takes place in a greenhouse (ground floor) and can be accessed with a wheelchair (upon request) through the gate to the garden - a small mobile ramp can also be provided for small access.

Arrival:

Public transport: by bus M41 (Dammweg/Sonnenallee) - 450m/ bus 377 (Steinbockstr.) - 5m/ by S-Bahn S45, S46, S47 (Köllnische Heide) - 550m/ no car parking spaces.

It is a music event.

Toilettes

There are gender-neutral toilets, but unfortunately they are not barrier-free - a room can be found for people with children (changing facilities, plenty of space, quiet place).

Stimuli

The music event (electronically amplified music can get a bit loud) will take place in a large bright greenhouse (made of glass) - in the middle of a quiet garden, around 50 visitors are expected.

Catering

Free snacks (snacks) and drinks (coffee/tea/water) will be available.

Children

The event is suitable for all age groups, unfortunately there will be no childcare, but there is enough space for storage, for the rest see above.

Heschek Beschek is a project for women from all backgrounds who are interested in music, art and culture.

The project started in 2019 with the idea of bringing together musicians, dancers and storytellers to produce music/theater pieces together. They are supported in their artistic development by an experienced director.

Together with Berlin Mondiale we want to eliminate the dominance of men in the music and art scene and give women more space and opportunities to show themselves and express their voices, ideas and thoughts. With this in mind, a series of events will be organised.
