The venue is located outside and is accessible at ground level via a gravel path. The path will be signposted, there will be people on site who can assist you in walking the site. You can get to the site directly from the sidewalk. All events take place outside, partly covered or under the open sky.

The A100 holding area is located near the Ostkreuz station and is easily accessible by public transport.

The projection is a short film with no language and only music, and thus presents no language barriers.

There are several toilets on the site among others there will be at least one accessible toilet and one gender neutral toilet.

At the venue there will be natural light during the day and in the evening there will be outdoor lighting (through LED's, beamers, etc.), also there will be animation in parts through film screenings.

Die Fläche ist genau an Bahngleisen gelegen, bedeutet alle 5-10 min fährt die S-Bahn vorbei. Further volume can be generated by visitors as well as the changing art and cultural program. The neighborhood café is a place to rest and find contact persons.

Events will continue into the twilight hours, and as darkness falls, the grounds will be illuminated. Events do not take place in dark closed rooms.

The number of visitors is difficult to estimate at this point, all offers are open to passers-by. Depending on which event is taking place, we can imagine that 150 - 200 people are on site at the same time.

There will be a neighborhood café on the grounds where inexpensive drinks and snacks, if needed, can be purchased. There are also other supply options close to the venue that can be used.

Children are welcome at the event, but there is no set-up play area for children. Space to park strollers, etc. is there, as are quiet retreats.

We wish to treat each other with consideration and solidarity. All information about the awareness concept can be found here https://www.urbanepraxis.berlin/awareness/

The short film lasts 7.47min, is accompanied by punk music and has partly fast cuts, as well as jumping images. People who are sensitive to visual-auditory stimuli may find this triggering or stressful.

“The green 14-ton truck on the demolition site suddenly brakes. The compressed air escapes with a short bang. Valeria is just getting the red stracciatella cherry pie from the kitchen when the jerking starts. Yet another demolition is approved and the investors at the bowling club are reflected in the neon light on the shiny pink balls.”

The project “Visiting Demolition” focuses on the consequences of building demolitions in Berlin, a practice that triggers gentrification and displacement processes and whose negative ecological effects can no longer be ignored. To draw attention to the issue, in addition to a performative protest festival along Kurfürstenstraße, a short film was projected onto the facade of a building about to be demolis
