Zoë Claire Miller, Marco Schmitt and Kavita Meelu (from right to left in the big picture) are the artists selected in the frame of the Urban Praxis Residency Open Call to work at the Floating ̶U̶n̶i̶v̶e̶r̶s̶i̶t̶y̶ in 2021.
Zoë Claire Miller and Marco Schmitt are working as a duo on the construction and operation of an exorcist raku furnace, the “Exorzierraku”.
Under the title “Berlin as a Diasporic Foodscape: How are Diasporic Tastemakers shifting the taste of the city”, artist Kavita Meelu will invite BIPOC tastemakers to work together to interrogate their practice outside the kitchen and find out about how they have shaped the tastes of the city.
